Host an event in the mountains, by the ocean, or on the Mediterranean: seminars, weddings, brand parties

In July 2021, Racing 92 left the Hauts-de-Seine to gain some altitude. Destination: Courchevel Moriond, where the Top 14 club set up its pre-season camp at the °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel, exclusively reserved for the occasion. On the agenda: physical conditioning, team bonding, and a menu designed entirely with the team's nutritionist.

In 2025, the Freeride World Tour returned to France after several years away. And it was in Val Thorens that it chose to set down its skis. Building on the long-standing partnership between °F7 and the Belleville freeski club, the hotel became the official base camp for athletes, officials and sponsors for the entire event.

Hosting the Ski World Championships in your own resort is a once-in-a-generation event. A long-standing partner of the Club des Sports de Courchevel, °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel naturally put its hotel at the service of this historic event, becoming the official accommodation provider for several national teams.

An executive committee sometimes needs to get out of the office to think differently. No international conference, no interchangeable business hotel: a boutique hotel in Corsica, a suite turned into a workroom, a catamaran the next day. Ten people, two days, one goal: to truly reconnect.

Every winter, the Campari group takes its Aperol brand on a tour of the biggest resorts in the French Alps, bringing the Aperol ritual to life for those who already know it and introducing it to those who don't. Roc Seven Les Menuires hosted one of these stops: 300 people, a transformed terrace and an après-ski open to all.

On 25 January, Scots the world over celebrate Robert Burns, their national poet, with a ritual dinner. PropSki and NucoTravel chose to weave this tradition into their Propski programme (a networking trip for real estate professionals) with a lunch at Roc Seven Les Menuires, a well-earned stop on the slopes of the 3 Vallées.

When ISDIN went looking for the right stops on its 2026 Summer Tour, the logic was simple: go where holidaymakers already are — out in the sun, by the water, with plenty of footfall. The Roc Seven Biarritz rooftop, with its Atlantic views and summer crowds, fits that profile perfectly.

A successful offsite seminar isn't just about booking rooms and a meeting space. It's about making sure the team arrives, drops their bags and has nothing left to do but enjoy themselves, without a single thing to worry about. That's exactly what °F7 Courchevel put together for this international financial firm, which came to the mountains to unwind and bring its teams closer together.

Every year, JBL holds its Snow Party in Val Thorens. The 2023 edition was special: on top of the usual celebrations, the brand wanted to showcase JBL Quantum, its gaming range, with an e-sports tournament streamed live on Twitch from the slopes. 300 influencers from more than 20 countries, two major events in two days, and a hotel transformed into a stage.

Roc Seven Biarritz didn't just sit back and wait for high season. It created its own event format to bring the town to life all year round: Roc'n'Paint. 90 minutes of painting guided by a local artist, hosted by a partner house that offers its products for tasting: Veuve Clicquot, Minuty, Maison Rivier, French Bloom, Aperol… depending on the edition.

For its 20th anniversary, Cimalpes (the benchmark for luxury real estate in the Alps) wanted to bring together all its teams based in the French Alps for a day like no other. Team games, gala dinner, surprise cakes, a night of dancing: a full-blown celebration, in a hotel entirely privatised for the occasion.

Some seminars are all about work. This one was first and foremost a celebration, a reward for teams who had delivered outstanding results, built around two action-packed days: a general meeting in the morning, outdoor activities in the afternoon and a festive party in the evening. 40 people, an exclusively booked hotel, and the mountains as a backdrop.

At Casa Santini x Roc Seven, the gardens and the sea-facing terrace are far more than a backdrop. They become the heart of the experience, and few formats show this better than the show-cooking barbecue evening: meat, fish and vegetables cooked to order, outdoor service and a DJ set as night falls.

Some places don't need transforming to become exceptional: you simply have to get to know them, dress them up and let them work their magic. Casa Santini x Roc Seven, with its seafront garden and its terrace overlooking the bay of Porto-Vecchio, is one of them. Lou-Ann and Florian chose it for the happiest day of their lives, in May 2025.

Some celebrations don't need to be spectacular to leave a lasting impression; they need to be exactly what the guest of honour wished for. Here, there was no full private hire and no extravagant staging: just one big table laid on the terrace, a bespoke festive menu, and the feeling of being at home in a place you love.

Abode is a UK-based event promoter specialising in electronic music. Abode on the Snow is its winter spin-off: a week in the snow for 1,600 participants, with °F7 Val Thorens as base camp for the VIPs and the main stage for the après-ski parties.

Spanish promoter Bodo brought its festival to Val Thorens for a three-day edition. No accommodation package attached, but a complex technical set-up and a programme repeated every evening on the °F7 terrace, with light shows and pyrotechnic staging that can't be improvised.

Every winter, the Belgian Week turns Val Thorens into a Belgian resort for an entire week. 1,500 participants, DJs from Belgium and beyond, sponsors, influencers; and the °F7 Val Thorens, at the heart of it all for seven seasons now.

Not a private party closed in on itself, but an open moment, where the brand invited its customers and ambassadors to come together in a lively venue — without ever shutting the restaurant off from the rest of its guests.
