20 people in single rooms, with one clear requirement: spend as little time as possible on organisational matters, and as much as possible enjoying the mountains and time together.

Two requirements that often go hand in hand for leadership teams: the logistics must be invisible (no hiccups, no downtime), and discretion must be absolute.
The programme
Day 1: arrival, fine dining and a private party — Participants are looked after from the moment they arrive. The evening opens with a wine tasting, followed by dinner at La Cheminée.
Day 2: a day on the slopes with a stop at Roc Seven Les Menuires — The next day, it's off to the slopes of the 3 Vallées, with a ski outing all the way to Roc Seven Les Menuires.
The result: a well-rested team and shared memories
Two friction-free days, with no visible logistics and everything needed for the mountains to work their magic: bringing together people who work side by side all year round, away from the office.

The next day, it's off to the slopes of the 3 Vallées. The day includes a ski outing all the way to Roc Seven Les Menuires - a way to experience the Three Valleys from one of our addresses to the other, with a mid-way lunch in a completely different setting.
