Our story
A STORY OF FRIENDSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Premier né de la saga °F7, le Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens a ouvert pour la saison d’hiver 2015/16. A l’été 2016, l’établissement est complètement rénové et remporte le trophée du Meilleur Nouveau Ski Hôtel du Monde en 2017, puis Meilleur Hôtel de Ski en France en 2018 et en 2020.

En 2017, une opportunité se présente à Courchevel et les amis foncent. Ils accueillent les premiers hôtes au °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel pendant la saison 2016/17. Les travaux continuent et les extensions sont finalisées pendant l’été 2017/2018 avec la mise en place de grandes suites familiales. Juste à temps pour recevoir le prix de Meilleur Hôtel de Ski au monde en 2018 !

En 2019, le Roc Seven devient le restaurant italien le plus haut des 3 Vallées, perché à 2300 mètres d’altitude. Il se démarque de ses concurrents par une décoration vintage et végétale, ainsi qu’une cuisine menée par une brigade 100% transalpine.

Ouvert depuis Juin 2022, c'est un restaurant chaleureux et familial avec à la carte, une cuisine du Sud qui sent bon l'été et coté déco, une atmosphère douce et conviviale aux inspirations latines. Le petit plus: son rooftop avec vue imprenable sur le Phare du Cap Ferret !
Huit ans après sa naissance, la Maison °Fahrenheit Seven continue son développement. L’équipe s’implante en 2023 à Porto Vecchio, avec une nouvelle adresse Roc Seven et la reprise de « Casa Santini », lieu emblématique de Porto-Vecchio. Son ambiance conviviale invite à lâcher-prise et vivre pleinement l’instant présent, entre plage et terrasse ombragée. Un véritable art de vivre !
En Avril 2025, c’est dans cette ville iconique de la côte Basque que °Fahrenheit Seven s’est implanté. Cette nouvelle adresse fait la part belle à la restauration avec près de 250 couverts en terrasse, et 9 chambres d’hôtel. C’est aussi la première du groupe à être ouverte à l’année. Un défi de taille, qui marque une nouvelle étape pour la maison °Fahrenheit Seven !
C'est en 2015 que la Mairie des Belleville attribue à l'équipe °Fahrenheit Seven l'emplacement d'un futur hôtel aux Menuires. Dix ans de procédures et de détermination plus tard, le projet aboutit enfin : le °Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires ouvre ses portes en décembre 2026. Un hôtel 4 étoiles au cœur de la station, avec accès direct aux pistes des 3 Vallées.

Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens and the Belleville Freeski section
In 2017, Stéphane Vidoni co-founded the Belleville Freeski section, which he has chaired since 2018. Since its inception, °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens has supported these young riders from the valley, who are trained in freestyle from age 8 and freeride from age 14. Starting with just 6 students, the section now has over 40.

Roc Seven Biarritz and Biarritz Olympique
An official partner of Biarritz Olympique since 2025, Roc Seven Biarritz supports the senior women's team and the club's rugby school, from U6 to U14. Its logo appears on their jerseys and shorts for every match—a way to become a lasting part of Biarritz's sporting life.

Roc Seven Cap Ferret and the Rugby Club de Lège Cap Ferret
In Lège-Cap-Ferret, Roc Seven Cap Ferret has been supporting the youth division of the Rugby Club de Lège Cap-Ferret since 2025. The U16 and U19 teams train and play their matches with balls featuring the house colors: a way to support those who keep rugby union alive on the peninsula.

Nestled on the slopes in Val Thorens, facing the snow front in Courchevel, at the top of a mountain pass in Les Menuires, at the foot of the lighthouse in Cap Ferret, opening onto the bay in Porto-Vecchio, or facing the ocean in Biarritz: at the heart of every °F7 property, you will find locations that are always exceptional.
A signature style
The °F7 interior design, entirely conceived by Véronique Vidoni, is a unique signature that adapts to each location, blending inspirations, subtle nods, and iconic designer pieces.
Family spirit
Behind the scenes, the °F7 concept is built on a family philosophy that takes pride in its independence. As parents of large families themselves, the Vidonis and the De Ungers instill this big-family spirit into their teams—a spirit that our regular guests gradually become a part of.
Governance
Since the creation of the first °Fahrenheit Seven in Val Thorens, the same founding team has been driving the group's growth: Véronique and Stéphane Vidoni, and Glen and Claudia De Unger. Alongside them, a solid management team and permanent staff bring this vision to life every day in each of our establishments.
FOUNDING PARTNERS
Véronique and Stéphane Vidoni
A hotelier and restaurateur since 1987, Stéphane spent 14 years in various operational positions within the Accor Group before embarking on his first family venture in Megève, while simultaneously developing hotel projects for the HMC group. He later became General Manager of the Beaumier group (formerly Hôtels d’En Haut). In 2014, he established a family investment fund, EVIDENTS, to acquire mountain hotel assets. This marked the birth of the °Fahrenheit Seven brand.
A hotelier since 1992, Véronique held various operational roles within the Accor Group before focusing on the Vidoni tribe (5 children) while managing the family hotel in Megève. Since 2015, she has been in charge of steering and coordinating the renovation of °F7 hotels, overseeing their layout and interior design. She runs °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens with the grace and precision of a true hostess.
