Every Friday, whether you are a beginner or experienced, a hotel guest or a visitor, Ingrid welcomes you by the water for a moment of relaxation and well-being. For one hour, our garden becomes your sanctuary to breathe, stretch, and recenter. Every Friday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, €25 per person. A special "healthy lunch" menu is available to extend the experience (not included in the price). Please book your session via email or phone with our reception team before your arrival.
