A wedding and its sequel at Casa Santini x Roc Seven

Roc Seven Porto-Vecchio
Étude de cas

A Corsican wedding in a seafront garden: Lou-Ann & Florian at Casa Santini x Roc Seven

Some places don't need transforming to become exceptional: you simply have to get to know them, dress them up and let them work their magic. Casa Santini x Roc Seven, with its seafront garden and its terrace overlooking the bay of Porto-Vecchio, is one of them. Lou-Ann and Florian chose it for the happiest day of their lives, in May 2025.

Lou-Ann and Florian chose it for the happiest day of their lives, in May 2025.

The context: privatising a 34-room boutique hotel for a full wedding

34 rooms, 73 adult guests, an entire day organised from start to finish: drinks reception, antipasti buffet, show cooking, tiered wedding cake and an evening of dancing.

The challenge: split-second timing and flawless service

A wedding means hundreds of micro-decisions following one after another over the course of a day. Every detail counts, and there's no second chance.

The solution delivered by Casa Santini x Roc Seven

Precision planning from the day before — Several guests and suppliers arrive on 14 May to get everything ready. On the 15th, check-ins begin at 9am.

The terrace transformed into a ceremony and reception space — From 11:30am the team sets up a frame on the terrace: an aisle lined with lanterns, chairs and wooden tables.

A menu designed for sharing and the season — Drinks reception, antipasti buffet and show cooking for dinner, right up to the tiered wedding cake at 11:15pm.

A well-paced evening so everyone can enjoy it — A Spritz and cocktail bar managed at 2 drinks per person.

The result: a wedding whose photos say it all

One of the most intense moments of the year for the Casa Santini teams, and one of those they are proudest of. Lou-Ann and Florian left with their memories. We kept the satisfaction of a job well done and of a beautifully matched couple!
