Today, our company is made up of 225 employees across 7 properties, plus 20 in our support functions. This growth is driven by a simple belief: fulfilled teams make for happy guests.
Since the very beginning, Fahrenheit Seven has understood one thing: it is our teams who make every stay a unique experience. True to its family spirit, the group supports every employee, welcoming, uniting, and protecting them—while helping them reach new heights.
Preparing for your arrival
Welcoming a new member to the Sevener team is prepared with the same care as welcoming a guest. Every new hire receives a digital welcome booklet (covering access, contacts, housing, and uniforms) before they even arrive, followed by an induction day: a tour of the hotel, introductions to the teams, uniform distribution, and contract signing. It is a key moment that establishes the mindset shared by all our properties—a balance of relaxed hospitality and high standards.

Priority access to job openings
Priority contract renewal: seasonal staff who have previously worked with us are contacted first as soon as the season ends.
Manager coaching
Individual manager coaching: support provided by a certified leadership development coach.
Work-study program
We welcome up to 10 interns and work-study students each year, offering a genuine training program.
Inter-property mobility
Inter-property mobility: spend one season in Les Menuires and the next in Biarritz. Winter teams get priority for summer recruitment, and vice versa.
Internal promotion
Genuine internal promotion: all of our managers and top executives started in operational roles.
Events
Team building through sports: collective participation in events (triathlons, trail runs, Octobre Rose).
Online tutorials
F7 School: access our playlist of video tutorials filmed by our teams to learn or brush up on the fundamentals of the trade.

One season, two seasons, one single family
Summer and winter
Val Thorens, Courchevel, and Roc Seven Les Menuires are only open during the winter. Cap Ferret, Casa Santini x Roc Seven, and Roc Seven Biarritz also operate during the summer. Winter staff are given priority for summer recruitment, and vice versa.

If you and your partner in crime would like to work in the same place, apply with us! We always do our best to help you coordinate your schedules as effectively as possible. Another advantage: we centralize our recruitment across our four establishments. If your dream job is already taken in Val Thorens, it might still be available in Les Menuires, for example! Don't hesitate to share your ambitions with us.
