The context: finding a space to focus less than 2 hours from Paris
10 members of a leadership team, each in a single room, with three clear requirements: stay in France, keep travel time to a minimum, and find a place that inspires without becoming a distraction. Porto-Vecchio, 20 minutes from Figari airport and 1h50 from Paris-CDG, ticks every box.
The challenge: offering both a serious workspace and a real change of scene
An executive committee coming to Corsica doesn't want to end up in an ordinary meeting room. But it still wants to be able to get some serious work done.
The programme
Day 1: vines, sea and a shared table — Landing in Figari, then straight to the vineyards: a visit to the Corsican wine estate Granajolo with a tasting.
Day 2: yoga, Lavezzi and home — An energising start with a yoga session before setting off. A catamaran trip from Casa Santini's private pontoon.
The result: two days that really count
For a Paris-based team, this format's ratio of travel time to quality of experience is unbeatable. Under 2 hours' flight, no connections, a Corsica that remains wild and untamed, and a programme that alternates work and a change of pace cleverly enough for each to feed the other.
The programme
Day 1: vines, sea and a shared table
Landing in Figari, then straight to the vineyards: a visit to the Corsican wine estate Granajolo with a tasting of wines, cheeses and local charcuterie. Early-afternoon check-in at the hotel, followed by a work session in the top-floor suite, transformed into a meeting room for the occasion. Dinner at the hotel in the evening, served table d'hôte style.
