Reward seminar at °F7 Courchevel

Some seminars are all about work. This one was first and foremost a celebration, a reward for teams who had delivered outstanding results, built around two action-packed days: a general meeting in the morning, outdoor activities in the afternoon and a festive party in the evening. 40 people, an exclusively booked hotel, and the mountains as a backdrop.

The context: rewarding the teams with a turnkey stay

40 employees in single rooms, with a programme built from A to Z by °F7 Courchevel: the corporate meeting, the outdoor activities and the gala evening.

The challenge: pacing two days with no downtime

A reward seminar is a balancing act: the "work" programme has to be flawless, and the convivial moment that follows has to make everyone genuinely want to celebrate.

The programme

Day 1: general meeting in an exceptional setting — La Maison de Moriond hosts the group's general meeting.

Day 2 morning: team building with Courchevel Aventure — The next morning, it's time for activities with our partner Courchevel Aventure.

Day 2 lunchtime: podium and awards ceremony on the terrace — The highlight of the stay: a podium set up on the sun-drenched terrace of La Rôtisserie.

Day 2 evening: cocktail dinner and party at Le Seven Kings — The evening carries on at Le Seven Kings, with a festive cocktail-dinner format.

Ski rental for the whole group — The entire group was able to rent skis directly from the hotel's own shop.

The result: a reward to remember
