Relax in our wellness area
Wellness at 2,300 meters! There is no need to leave Fahrenheit Seven to unwind: just head to the Relax area on the first floor.
In a zen, black-and-white setting, our Relax area offers free access to a Nordic bath for 6 people, located on the outdoor balcony facing the peaks. Also essential for soothing sore muscles after a day of skiing, the steam room, ice fountain, and sauna are open all day, 7 days a week, along with our relaxation lounge, the Tisanerie, for the perfect gentle wind-down.
Open daily

Relaxing between the sauna and steam room
Our relaxation area is designed as a post-workout recovery circuit. Start in the steam room, where the humid heat loosens your joints, then move on to the sauna for a more intense dry heat. In between, head to the ice fountain: a few seconds of crushed ice on your neck and forearms will get your circulation going. Finish up in the herbal tea room with a hot infusion and some dried fruit before heading back to your room or down to the bar.

STAY FIT BEFORE AND AFTER SKIING
High-altitude fitness area
Our gym is designed for functional training, whether you're looking for a quick twenty-minute circuit to keep your momentum going between ski days or preparing for a Hyrox race. Three zones: cardio, cross-training, and weightlifting. Free access for hotel guests.
Three indoor bikes for warm-ups or long, steady-intensity sessions. Two treadmills to find your stride when the snow won't allow it. The rowing machine engages your back, legs, and arms in one fluid motion, with no impact on your joints. The SkiErg replicates the cross-country skiing motion, pulling your arms and abs downward.
The sled can be pushed and pulled along its dedicated track: legs, core, and cardio in a single load, just like the stations in a Hyrox race. Weighted bags can be carried, thrown, or lifted to build functional strength. Kettlebells are available for swings, squats, and carries.
A range of free weights for your foundational movements and a Connexus machine with high-load cable resistance, complemented by training accessories (pull-up bar, pull handles).
HIGH-ALTITUDE CROSS-TRAINING AREA
Ready to take on the challenge?
A Hyrox-style workout at 2,300 meters: the air is thin, and every repetition takes a greater toll on the body.
The highest cross-training area in the Alps pulls no punches!
