Rooms
Are the hotel and restaurant accessible to guests with reduced mobility?
Of course. °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens has a lift to make it easy to move between floors and offers 3 rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Our restaurants are also accessible and designed to welcome every guest in comfort!
What is the maximum occupancy per room?
Our 108 rooms are spread across 2 wings: the big one and the small one! Whichever way your room faces, you enjoy an exceptional location. For larger groups or families, we also offer connecting rooms with greater capacity.
Occupancy depends on the type of room: our double rooms sleep 2 people (children included), our triple rooms sleep 2 adults and 1 child under 16, and our Family Rooms, like our Top Floor room, sleep 4 people (children included).
Do you offer services for families (cots, high chairs…)?
Yes, we can set up a cot in your room, just mention it when you book. High chairs are also available in the restaurant.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome. A supplement of €20 per night applies per animal and per room. Please let us know when you book so we can prepare a cushion for your little companion!
What amenities are included in the rooms (toiletries, safe, minibar, hairdryer…)?
All our rooms feature a safe and a bathroom or shower room with hairdryer, heated towel rail, Rituals toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. You will also find a hospitality tray with tea and coffee, a Marshall speaker and free Wi-Fi. We do not offer minibars: our bars are open all day. You will find all the information in your room directory, accessible by scanning a QR code.
Which rooms are best for guests looking for peace and quiet?
Val Thorens is one of the liveliest resorts in France, and °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens is known for its buzzing atmosphere and varied music programme (see the What's On page of our website). Choose a room on a higher floor on the village side: on the ground floor, evenings at Le Zinc can run late, while on the slope side, the après-ski on the terrace turns up the volume until early evening.

Dining
Does the hotel offer room service?
We do not offer room service, but don't worry: our restaurants will always have a table for you!
What dining options are available at the hotel (breakfast, bar…)?
Our restaurant is open from breakfast through to dinner. Breakfast is served as a buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 am. At lunch and dinner, enjoy a Mediterranean sharing menu, indoors or on the large panoramic terrace.
In the evening, enjoy the lively nights at Le Zinc with a tapas menu and resident DJs (3 nights a week), and once a month the Seven Parties.
The Ski bar serves hot drinks in the morning and refreshments in the afternoon. La Cheminée offers snacks and light bites by the fire.
What type of cuisine do you offer?
Our restaurant menu features Mediterranean dishes with a strong Italian influence: pasta, pizzas, sharing starters, seasonal salads, beef and poultry dishes, fish tartares.
At Le Zinc, a tapas menu as well as fondues to share.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, breakfast is included in your room rate, served as a buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 am. If you need to leave the hotel before it opens, we can prepare a breakfast bag for you to take away: just let us know the day before at the latest!
Are there options for special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free…)?
Of course, we adapt our menus to suit all dietary requirements: clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options, as well as gluten-free choices.

Do I need to book in advance to dine at the restaurant?
Booking in advance is not required, but we strongly recommend it, especially in high season. You can book directly on our website.
Is there a kids' menu?
Yes, we offer a menu specially designed for children in all our establishments. Check out our menus on our restaurant pages.
Can I order takeaway food?
No, we do not offer a takeaway service.
Arrival, Departure & Luggage
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your rooms will be ready from 5pm. On the day you leave, your room must be vacated by 10am at the latest. If you arrive early or leave late, don't worry! We can store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also enjoy our bars and restaurants to freshen up, or head to our ski shop to choose your equipment.
If you know you will arrive early, feel free to let our reception team know: we will always do our best to have your rooms ready as early as possible. Likewise, if you need to leave the hotel before breakfast opens, we can prepare a breakfast bag to take away: just let us know the day before at the latest!
Finally, we also provide a shower in our ski room, on level -1 of the hotel, so you can enjoy the slopes as soon as you arrive and on your last day, even after checking out. Towels and toiletries are provided free of charge.
Can we leave our luggage at the hotel until we leave?
Of course! Even after you have checked out, we store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also enjoy our bars and restaurants to freshen up. Feel free to use the shower area in our ski room too.
Is there parking at the hotel? Is it free? Do I need to book in advance?
Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian resort where vehicle traffic is heavily restricted. °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens does not have private parking, but several parking options are available in the resort. The P0 car park is the closest to the hotel. Once you have dropped your luggage at reception, our valet is on hand to take you from the car park to the hotel hassle-free.
Please note! Online bookings are compulsory and close 7 days before your arrival date: plan ahead!
Is there a taxi or bus service between the ski resorts and the airports?
Yes, we work with several taxi companies and can book your transfers from train stations and airports to Val Thorens. Simply email reception.valtho@fahrenheitseven.com with your flight or train number, arrival time, number of passengers and bags, a phone number and whether you need a child seat.
Approximate travel times: Geneva Airport (2h30), Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (2h30), Chambéry Airport (1h40), Moûtiers SNCF station (50 min), Lyon Part-Dieu SNCF station (3h00), Grenoble SNCF station (2h00).
Our taxi partners can also take you between resorts during your stay. The town of Moûtiers also runs shuttles to the ski resorts (book via Altibus).
Activities
Do you offer winter sports equipment hire and/or sales?
Yes, our Ski Boutique is on level -1 of the hotel, with direct access to the slopes. You will find high-end equipment for sale and hire, selected from the Fischer, Elan, Dynastar, Head, XSocks, XBionic and Colmar ranges. Our team of ski technicians will help you choose the equipment that best suits you!

Does the hotel organise parties or events for guests?
Music has been part of °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens' DNA since it opened: from Zinc nights to Seven Parties and countless après-ski sessions with DJ sets and performers on our terrace, there are events every day.

Booking, Rates & Payment
Is there a minimum length of stay?
We do not require week-long stays, but depending on the period, our minimum stays vary between 1 and 7 nights. Please check our website for our booking conditions.

Do you offer special deals?
All year round, our "promo" rate gives you 10% off the "flexible" rate, in exchange for stricter cancellation terms. You will always get a better rate by booking through our reservations team (valtho@fahrenheitseven.com or +33 4 79 00 04 04) or on our website.
You can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive our special offers throughout the year.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In our hotel and restaurants, we accept payment by card, Amex and cash. We do not accept chèques vacances or restaurant vouchers. If you are a hotel guest, you can also charge your bill to your room and settle it at check-out.
Seminars & Events
Does the hotel have rooms for meetings or private events?
Yes, °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens is the ideal setting for informal team meetings or seminars. Our meeting room, Le Balcon, has fibre-optic internet and can host up to 60 people. We can arrange your transfers and team-building activities with our partners. Our dining spaces can also be booked out for private events: weddings, birthday parties and more.

CSR Commitment
What does °Fahrenheit Seven do for the environment?
Because the environment is what gives all our hotels their value, the least we can do is everything possible to limit our impact on it. Eco-friendly cleaning products, recycled paper, no more plastic bottles or straws, a wider range of organic, fair-trade or locally sourced products in our restaurants, sorting of waste and bio-waste for conversion into bioethanol, natural toiletries in sustainable packaging… we have done a lot and have no intention of stopping there!
You too can take part in more sustainable tourism alongside us: when you leave your room, remember to turn down the heating and switch off the lights. Use public transport near the hotel. Only leave your towels in the bath or shower if you need them changed. Let hotel reception know if you would like your sheets changed.

Does the hotel offer a laundry service?
We do not have a laundry on site, but you can leave your laundry at reception to be cleaned by our external provider.
What facilities are available at the hotel (spa, ski shop, sports equipment…)?
On the first floor of the hotel, enjoy our “Le Relax” area: an outdoor Nordic bath, a hammam, a sauna, an ice fountain and a herbal tea corner, all freely accessible throughout the day.
On level -1, several indoor bikes are available in our Ski room, along with our Ski shop.
You will also find the restaurant with its large terrace; Le Zinc, our party bar; La Cheminée and the Ski bar.
Is there a security service at the hotel?
Our reception is open 24/7, so there is always someone you can turn to. We also bring in additional private security during our major events, such as the Seven Parties or the private après-ski sessions held on our terrace.
