Staff portrait: Camille Romanet

Camille Romanet is one of those people who follow their instincts and dare to take unexpected turns. Rooms Division Manager at Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel and Casa Santini x Roc Seven, she embodies a vision of hospitality built on experience, emotion and human connection.

A thirst for adventure

Hailing from the Morbihan, after a business-school preparatory course she moved to the United States as an au pair, then to Spain, before joining Michelin in communications.

Meeting Fahrenheit Seven

In December 2021, she answered an ad for a receptionist at Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens. "Reception is a way of making guests' stays just that little bit more beautiful." She continued the adventure at Cap Ferret, then Courchevel and Porto-Vecchio.

Hospitality as a calling

"The contact with guests, the ability to create experiences from A to Z." When recruiting, she looks first and foremost for "soul" rather than technical experience.

The future

Camille has found new role models within the Maison, starting with co-founder Véronique Vidoni. "Over the past four years, Fahrenheit Seven has helped her grow."

A motto she lives by? "Work with passion and sincerity. The rest always follows."
