Biarritz: a new Roc Seven address opens its doors in April 2025
In 2025, the °Fahrenheit Seven collection keeps on growing, with a new opening planned for April in Biarritz. The former "Les Baigneuses" restaurant is joining the Roc Seven family.
A unique spot facing the Ocean
Roc Seven Biarritz overlooks Port-Vieux beach, with a double rooftop offering breathtaking views over the Atlantic and an open kitchen. On the menu, chef Andréa Tagliarino serves up indulgent cuisine with Italian and Spanish influences.
Nine hideaway keys
Nine rooms and suites (17 to 29 m2), designed by Véronique Vidoni, in natural materials and warm tones: terracotta, caramel and beige.
A logo that pays tribute
Its arched shape echoes the niche walls of Greek Kavos style. A young bather pays homage to the venue's historic identity.
How the project began
Since 2016, the °Fahrenheit Seven adventure has spread from Val Thorens to Courchevel, Les Menuires, Cap Ferret and Porto-Vecchio.
We fell in love with these two levels of terrace, above this wildly charming beach, in a little cove that ends at the Rocher de la Vierge.
