Located right on the slopes, the Relax area at °Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires is entirely glass-fronted and bathed in natural light from morning to night. It features a 12-meter heated indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, and a relaxation area with sun loungers and armchairs, all facing the Pointe de la Masse and the Les Menuires ski area.

Relaxing between the sauna and steam room
Our relaxation area is designed as a post-workout recovery circuit. Start in the steam room, where the humid heat loosens your joints, then move on to the sauna for a more intense dry heat. In between, head to the ice fountain: a few seconds of crushed ice on your neck and forearms will get your circulation going. Finish up in the herbal tea room with a hot infusion and some dried fruit before heading back to your room or down to the bar.

Sun loungers and armchairs are lined up facing the floor-to-ceiling windows. Settle in with a book, or nothing at all, and watch the light slowly fade over the Pointe de la Masse.

Sauna and steam room
The dry heat of the sauna and the enveloping steam of the hammam offer two ways to soothe legs that have been working hard all day. Alternate with a few minutes in the pool, then take some time to recover before heading back to your room.
The sauna and steam room are open for use throughout the day with no reservation required.
