After a day on the slopes of the 3 Vallées, the wellness area at °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel awaits you on level 1 of the hotel. Sauna, steam room, and ice fountain follow one another in a hot-cold ritual designed to relax the body, while the herbal tea room brings the experience to a gentle close. To extend the experience, a menu of massages and treatments is available by reservation, provided by experienced practitioners.

The Scandinavian ritual
The sauna, steam room, and ice fountain come together in a single hot-and-cold ritual, designed to relax your body after a day of exertion on the slopes.
Start with the dry heat of the sauna, move on to the humid steam of the hammam, and finish the cycle with the invigorating shock of the ice fountain. Wrap yourself in a bathrobe for a moment of rest to complete the experience... then repeat the cycle as many times as you like.
The sauna, steam room, and ice fountain are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are open for all to enjoy.

After your Scandinavian ritual, our herbal tea lounge offers unlimited teas and infusions. A moment to let your mind wander and fully unwind.

Treatments & Massages
From full-body, back, and leg massages to energy rebalancing with semi-precious stones, we offer a variety of treatments ranging from gentle to invigorating. For skincare, enjoy our gold anti-aging facial, or treat your hands and feet to a beauty ritual featuring organic lemon caviar, finished with semi-permanent polish. We also offer a full menu of waxing services.
All of our treatments and massages are available by appointment only. Massages for children (minimum age 12) are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
