Any questions before you arrive in Biarritz?
Rooms
Are the hotel and restaurant accessible to guests with reduced mobility?
Our restaurant is accessible to all guests.
In the hotel, unfortunately the building's architecture does not allow us to install a lift to the upper floors. We are therefore unable to accommodate guests with reduced mobility in our rooms.
What is the maximum occupancy per room?
Double rooms with terrace (2 people): 17 m², 2 beds 90x200 cm, bathroom with shower, first floor only. Comfort rooms with terrace (2 people): 23 m². Comfort rooms with ocean view (2 people): 21 m². Junior Suite with ocean view (up to 3 people): 28 m², with sofa bed. Roc Seven Terrace Suite: 29 m², first floor. Roc Seven Ocean Suite: 28 m².

Do you offer services for families (cots, high chairs…)?
Yes, we offer cots (except in the Double Terrace room) as well as chairs if needed. Just mention it when you book. In the restaurant, high chairs and a baby-changing table are also available.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome. A supplement of €15 per night applies per animal and per room. Please let us know when you book so we can prepare a cushion for your little companion!
What amenities are included in the rooms (toiletries, safe, minibar, hairdryer…)?
All our rooms feature a minibar, TV, air conditioning, a shower with hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. You will also find a hospitality tray with tea and coffee, as well as free Wi-Fi.
Dining
What dining options are available at the hotel (breakfast, bar…)?
From breakfast to dinner, we welcome you all day long in our restaurant.
Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:30 am. Lunch: 12:00 – 2:30 pm. Dinner: 7:00 – 10:30 pm. Light meals: 12:00 – 10:30 pm, non-stop. Bar: 7:30 am – 11:30 pm, non-stop.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Our rooms are sold without breakfast. You can add a breakfast option when booking or on arrival. From sweet treats to savoury dishes, our fresh breakfast can be enjoyed in the calm of the terrace or in our indoor dining room, served until 10 am.

Are there options for special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free…)?
Of course, we constantly adapt our menus to best meet your needs: clearly marked vegetarian, vegan and spicy options, as well as gluten-free choices.

Do I need to book in advance to dine at the restaurant?
Booking in advance is not required, but we strongly recommend it, especially in high season.

Is there a kids' menu?
Yes, we offer a menu specially designed for children in all our establishments. Check out our menus on our restaurant page.
Is it possible to order takeout?
No, we do not offer a takeaway service.
Arrival, Departure & Luggage
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your rooms will be ready from 4pm, and on the day you leave your room must be vacated by 11am at the latest. If you arrive early, don't worry! We can store your luggage free of charge in our storage area. You can also enjoy our bar and restaurant to freshen up.
If you know you will arrive early, feel free to let our team know. Likewise, if you need to leave the hotel before breakfast opens, we can prepare a breakfast bag to take away: just let us know the day before at the latest!
Can we leave our luggage at the hotel until we leave?
Of course! We can store your luggage free of charge in our storage area. You can also enjoy our bar and restaurant to freshen up.
Is there parking at the hotel? Is it free? Do I need to book in advance? (Biarritz)
Roc Seven Biarritz does not have private parking, but several parking options are available in town. The Sainte-Eugénie car park is just a short walk from Roc Seven Biarritz. Paid public parking spaces are also available on Place du Port-Vieux.
Is there a taxi or bus service between the airport and the hotel?
Yes, we work with a taxi company that offers transfers between the airport and Roc Seven Biarritz. Simply email biarritz@rocseven.com with your flight or train number, arrival time, number of passengers and bags, a phone number and whether you need a child seat.

What activities are there at the hotel and nearby?
At Roc Seven, enjoy a restaurant and bar serving Italian-inspired dishes: generous, convivial summer cooking with starters to share, tapas and antipasti style.

Our entire Roc Seven clothing range (sweaters, towels, T-shirts…) is available at reception. It changes often, so don't hesitate to ask about our latest items!
Booking, Rates & Payment
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Depending on the period, we require a minimum of 1, 2, 3, 4…7 nights. Please check our website for our booking conditions, and feel free to contact our reservations team with any questions on +33 5 59 24 41 84 or email biarritz@rocseven.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In our hotel and restaurants, we accept payment by card and cash. We do not accept chèques vacances or restaurant vouchers. If you are a hotel guest, you can also charge your bill to your room and settle it at check-out.
Seminars & Events
Does the hotel have rooms for meetings or private events?
Roc Seven is the ideal setting for your business events (company meals, residential seminars) as well as private ones. An idyllic venue for a wedding, a birthday, a christening or a honeymoon.

What does Roc Seven Biarritz do for the environment?
To protect such a precious environment, we have chosen to: remove plastic cups from our bathrooms, convert the waste and bio-waste that can be recovered into bioethanol, use eco-friendly cleaning products, and expand our food offering with more organic and local produce.
You too can take part in more sustainable tourism alongside us! When you leave your room, remember to switch off the air conditioning and the lights. Use public transport near the hotel. Only leave your towels in the bath or shower if you need them changed. Let hotel reception know if you would like your sheets changed.
